Dear all,

In 2016 we are celebrating the 128th anniversary of the school’s founding and it gives me the utmost pleasure to invite you to an evening of music and arts on 6th May 2016 in our school hall. Arts in Action is our annual celebration of all that is good in our young people and the contribution that the arts can make in their development.

The school has built a loyal following from past musical successes. We are now preparing our 10th musical “Mamma Mia!”. It is a specially adapted Pooi To version of the musical. The wonderful music remains in all its glory but the storyline has been modified to make it more accessible and appropriate for a younger audience. Students and teachers have collaborated in a production which reflects the challenges facing traditional Christian family values in a modern world. This is a fun production, examining relationships, with a very positive and inspiring message that love, perseverance and compromise can conquer all. As well as our musical you can also enjoy performances by our school orchestra, Zheng Ensemble, Chinese and Contemporary Dance Groups and as an added bonus, a special appearance by our renowned A Cappella group.

We really hope you can join us in paying tribute to the hard work that our teachers and students have put into bringing you this wonderful spectacle on this night of nights. The details are as follows.
