Praising and supporting others is highly valued in Pooi To. A talk held by ‘Praisage’ aimed to help students build a culture of appreciation and praise. They learnt the importance of mutual appreciation and encouragement to strengthen positive thinking. After that, they put the idea into action. Having set their personal goals, they gave each other words of encouragement. Not only did they make each other feel more confident but they also built up their rapport.
