Closing Ceremony

The school congregated to celebrate the school year 2017/18 successfully brought to a close and, most importantly, give recognition to the students for their outstanding performance in academic studies, personal qualities and services. Our Principal, Ms Cheung delivered a speech of resilience with examples of 12 boys and a coach being trapped in a flooded Thai cave, and two inspirational people, Mr Yao Ming and Mr Freddie Ng, who are the former NBA star graduated from China’s Shanghai Jiao Tong University at age 38 and was a HKU pharmacy graduate when suffering from an incurable disease respectively. Both had strong self-efficacy beliefs that they could reach success in spite of insuperable obstacles and physical constraints. Their success stories inspired students to be determined when pursuing their dreams. |
