Healthy Chinese Cuisine Ambassadors Project

This programme organized by Ming-Ai (London) Institute with its supportive partner Lee Kum Kee equipped students to understand and learn about healthy cooking. The ambassadors from the United Kingdom shared information on the practice of healthy cooking in a Chinese style and gave the demonstration of making Cornish pasty, while our students shared the Chinese food culture and made the Wonton noodles.

The students showed great interest in making healthy food and got to know more about western food culture. The ambassadors and the students did not only make delicious and nourishing food, but also an enjoyable afternoon.
