The students actively engaged themselves in adventure-based skill training, which led to their personal and social development. A series of challenging outdoor activities, such as bamboo raft building and backwoods cookery, enabled the students to develop life skills and enhance team spirit. Through the debriefing session, they also realized the importance of personal autonomy and team cohesion.
