Teachers’ Professional Development

We thank Ms Tsang Enian, our former principal, as the guest speaker at the seminar on T-standard+. Teachers grasped the various concepts of professional roles of teachers which include being caring cultivators, inspirational co-constructors and committed role models. Besides, we were provided with a specific reference and guidance for professional development in its teacher preparation, continuing professional development and school leadership development in order to equip ourselves to foster dynamic teaching professionalism for the full benefit of student learning and growth.
The talk was followed by an arts therapy experiential workshop, in which teachers learnt to assist students to express their emotions through simple art activities and handle their emotional problems.
