Date: 19-23 July 2021

Our annual Orientation Week incorporates a bridging programme, drama classes and adaptation skills to prepare our newly arrived S.1 students for the upcoming challenges of secondary education, which is an indispensable new stage of their personal growth. The orientation this year was successfully held with guidance and help provided by Pooi To teachers and student assistants.

It began with a welcoming speech from our Principal, followed by a campus tour and visits to the School Library and Heritage Gallery. The students gained a deeper understanding of the history of Pooi To and the importance of upholding the spirit of "Love, Integrity, Purity and Perseverance" in addition to acquiring knowledge and skills.

In addition, they were given a taste of our stimulating secondary school life and had a memorable time, participating in the bridging programme, drama classes and numerous activities, which were all designed to help them strengthen their bonds and adapt to the new learning environment. They treasured the time they had to get to know more about one another. Some prefects were invited to help in this event, fully demonstrating love and care.

This orientation week has paved their way to an enjoyable and fruitful school life.
