Dear Parents and Students,

Now that the uniform tests are completed, parents will receive your daughter’s results and learn about their studies over the past 2 months. The Bible says “People look at their appearance and the Lord sees them in their hearts” (1 Sam 16:7). We should not only focus on your daughter’s performance to understand her success or failure but also her motivation and perseverance. It’s more important to learn whether your child’s attitude towards learning is positive and humble, and her learning methods and determination are appropriate and sufficient; with encouragement and support your daughter can learn from her mistakes and strive for excellence in the future. In addition, our school also provides after-school tutorials to enhance learning performance.

However, Pooi To not only emphasizes the academic performance of students, but also attaches great importance to moral, intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual development. Our A Cappella team will participate in the final of the “2016 Hong Kong International A Cappella Competition” – Chorus Competition this Saturday. Parents are welcome to support our girls at Tai Po Civic Center. In addition, students of the Visual Arts Department will participate in the Parade of “Standard Chartered Arts in the Park 2016” at Victoria Park this Saturday and Sunday. Parents are also welcome to share their achievements, whether educational or extra-curricular.
