The 52nd Graduation Ceremony |
|
The Graduation Ceremony opened with a prayer and a song Give Thanks. Our school principal Ms. Constance Cheung then made a report on the school development. The Supervisor Dr Ho awarded Service Award and Lifetime Service Award in recognition of the contribution of the teaching and supporting staff at the school for many years. Our Guest of Honor, Prof. Tony Chan, President of HKUST, addressed the audience with the inspirational speech of himself, who grasped every opportunity to realize his dreams. His success inspired the graduates to pluck up the courage to take risks with determination and perseverance and be positive when facing challenges. It was a timely message for the graduates who next took the prizes and certificates. The audiences were proud of them and the hard work they had made. Afterwards, the Dawn House Captain proposed a vote of thanks to the school. Drawing the ceremony to an end, all participants sang the School Song, followed by the stunning performance by our school orchestra and choir. |
