All staff and students gave praise and thanks to the Lord for His mercy through bible reading, hymn singing and prayers. Alumna Melody Leung expressed her thankfulness to God. In her testimony, she stated her deep experience of God’s love and mercies in her studies at Pooi To, which shaped her life. Now serving the Lord in a Christian ministry to fulfil the Great Commission is her mission. She encouraged the students to serve the Lord wholeheartedly.

As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work. While I am in the world, I am the light of the world (John 9:4-5)

The Principal, Ms Cheung, shared all the blessings we have received from God since the school was founded and emphasized God’s grace on the former principals and teachers’ work which has made Pooi To a place to glorify God’s name. She wished that all Pooi To girls would live a purposeful life and encouraged them to have an influence on others everywhere they go.
