The Former President of the PRC, Mr Jiang Zemin, passed away on 30 November 2022 and the memorial service was held on 6 December at 10:00 am. The Government of the HKSAR mourned with all citizens. In light of this, we flied flags at half staff on 6 December and arranged teachers and students to observe three minutes’ mourning in silence from 10:00 am to express our condolences with Mainland compatriots.
