Students participated in a media education workshop for secondary school students, organised by the Education Bureau and the Journalism Education Fund on 8 July. The workshop was taught by media professionals on the basic concepts of media and analysis of news cases to cultivate students' ethics in media.

Students also visited the TVB News Department and the Hong Kong News-Expo to understand the news production process. Through the exchanges with news anchors, they could further understand the media industry in areas such as job requirements and career prospects, which helps broaden students' horizons and career planning.
