Typhoon Koinu didn't stop our 150 enthusiastic parents from participating in this grand annual event, bringing teachers and parents together as collaborators. The Home-school Gathering, which provides a platform for parents and teachers to communicate regarding students’ learning performance, and a talk on admission policies and courses offered by the universities were also conducted right after the meeting.

The meeting began with the presentations of the PTA 2022/23 Annual Report by the chairperson, Ms Bel Tse and Financial Report by the treasurer, Ms Shirley Sung. The Principal then shared the school theme and presented appreciation certificates to the Executive Committee parent members and parent volunteers of the year 2022/23. It was followed by the inauguration ceremony of the PTA Executive Committee members of the year 2023/24. A thank-you speech by the vice-chairperson, Ms. Doris Lok heralded the close of the ceremony with a photo session of the principal, teachers and members of the PTA.

After the formal proceedings, the participating parents enjoyed the refreshments prepared by the PTA. The Home-school Gathering and a talk on admission policies and courses offered by the universities were also conducted. They had a chance to converse with the class teachers of their daughters to understand how their kids are learning at school and watched photo slide shows of students in various school activities.

It was a great opportunity for the school and parents to join hands to provide a better learning environment for our students. Acting as a bridge between parents and the school, the new term will surely continue to arrange various activities to facilitate the cooperation and communication among parents, teachers and students.
