We were pleased to invite Professor Joseph Ting Sun-pao, former Director of the Hong Kong Museum of History and current guest professor at several universities, to share his insights on “The Role and Contribution of Hong Kong in Modern Chinese History”. This lecture allowed students to understand the course of the country’s modern history from the perspective of Hong Kong. The lecture was attended by all students in S4 and S5. Everyone benefited greatly from the event. We hope that this will broaden the students’ horizons, encourage them to learn more about the history of their community and country, and understand the inseparable relationship between Hong Kong and the country.
