On International Labour Day, more than 130 teachers, students and parents participated in the "We Are Family" movie appreciation activity organised by the PTA, watching this touching and inspirational film at the Festival Grand Cinema.

During the post-screening session, everyone shared their feelings about the importance of family companionship and timely love conveyed in the movie. The committee members of the PTA sang the movie's theme song 'Framily', which combines the meaning of friend and family, with everyone. Just like the protagonists in the movie, they are not related by blood, but they have experienced life and death, laughter and crying, the feelings which may be more profound than being with loved ones. Finally, everyone made the heart-shaped hand-gestures together to express care and support for family. This meaningful parent-child activity was conducted smoothly because of collaborative effort of the strong support and concerted cooperation of the PTA.

The school and the PTA will continue to organise diversified parent education activities to establish a positive family culture. We hope that everyone in the Pooi To family can continue to support us.
