S2 Geography Field Trip was successfully held in the New Territories, specifically in the northwest region. During this trip, they observed the distribution of factories in Tuen Mun. At Lau Fau Shan in Yuen Long, they utilised instruments to measure water quality and conducted interviews with local shop owners. Additionally, they explored the natural forests and wetlands at Tsim Bei Tsui. The students were all very engaged and were able to apply and validate what they had learned. This hands-on experience not only enriched their understanding of land use but also fostered a deeper appreciation for our local environment.
