Our Secondary 2 students visited Sai Kung for a field trip. They toured the Tin Hau Temple, a declared monument, where they learned about traditional fishing community beliefs and customs. They also visited the Volcano Discovery Centre to explore Hong Kong's geological history from 140 million years ago. The highlight of the trip was the hands-on experience of making Hakka tea cakes, which the students thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone returned with fond memories and new knowledge.
