What a spectacular evening we shared at Arts in Action on 9th May! This vibrant celebration showcased the transformative power of the arts, bringing our Pooi To community together through mesmerizing performances. From the Chinese Drum Ensemble and Chinese Dance to the enchanting melodies of the Zheng and Erhu, the energetic Jazz Dance, the harmonious A Capella group, the stirring Orchestra, the uplifting Choir, the imaginative Wearable Art Show, and finally, the unforgettable Shrek the Musical JR—each performance inspired, challenged, and united us in creativity. With over 240 students and teachers, professionals and alumni contributing their talents, Arts in Action truly embodied our school’s artistic heartbeat.

We were also delighted to welcome students and teachers from Pooi To Primary School and Heep Yunn Primary School, who joined us in sharing the joy of performance.

Behind every act were countless hours of dedication, collaboration, perseverance, and passion—proving once again that creativity knows no bounds. A heartfelt thank you to our PTA and parents for your unwavering support. Because of you, art education continues to thrive at Pooi To, empowering our students to explore, create, and shine. We hope this celebration served as a wonderful prelude to Mother’s Day, honoring the love and encouragement of all mothers.
