To help the new S1 students adapt to campus life, we organized an ‘S1 Orientation Activity’ and ‘Orientation Day for S1 Students and Parents’. All newcomers and their parents fully engaged in and benefited from the orientation activities, which will definitely pave the way for them to enjoy a joyous school life through learning, exploring and engaging together in the years to come.

In the morning session, the Principal gave a heartwarming welcome to the newcomers, introducing the school history, mission and vision. They could also learn about our school regulations and campus through a variety of activities, ranging from campus tours, team building activities and competitions.

In the afternoon session, the introduction of this year’s school theme by the Principal, together with the information about the learning and teaching environment, pastoral care and supporting services for the students really helped the participants understand our school.

Besides, the PTA highlighted the home-school activities and presented gifts to our newcomers. Parents meeting the class teachers to learn how to ensure their daughters have a smooth transition from primary to secondary school was definitely another highlight of the day.
