This year’s production of “Fame”
was a tremendous opportunity
for our very talented singers,
dancers, actors and technicians
to craft a thoughtful piece on the
nature of success.
From the praying “freshmen” of
Scene I to the graduating class at
the end is a roller coaster ride for Mabel’s Eati ng Problem
our young thespian and not unlike
the journey of our own middle
school students. Carmen’s hubris,
Tyrone’s reading difficulties and
Mable’s eating disorder alarm
and amuse us in equal measure.
Here are some of the highlights
of that experience.
