workshop , S2 students strung

their lyrical bows and fi red their
metaphorical arrows to create the

poems we have included here. About
half of these works con- cern “love

& integrity” while the other half

thematize “sounds”.

LOVE
It is about kindness and compassion,
Bringing you hot chocolate when you are
cold,
Giving you cool cola when you are hot,
When you're kind you're filled with joy till
you're old,
Don't just say sweet things as thin as the air,
Just give a hug to show that you care.
