Points to note:

1. New S1 students allocated to our school have to be attended with their parents / guardians to register. Should the student and his/her parent/guardian be unable to return to school to collect the allocation results and register with the allocated secondary school in person, they should authorise in writing a representative to complete the procedures on their behalf. For details, please contact the respective primary school.

2. Please bring along the following documents for registration:
   (a)    Admission Slip
   (b)    Allocation Slip
   (c)    Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Birth Certificate. If student’s ID card with a letter “C” below the date of 
            birth, they should bring along with valid travel document, for example, 
            þ    Document of Identity for Visa Purposes
            þ    “Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao” and “Notification Slip for Entry Visa/Permit”
   (d)    Proof of Address (e.g. copy of electricity bill or others)

    

3. Please prepare the total cash payment $500 for the following items :
   (a)    School uniform
   (b)    Others

    

4. All registered students have to attend the Pre-Secondary One Hong Kong Attainment Test on 14th July, 2026 (Tuesday) from 8:30 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. However, students who are with fever should not attend the test but consult a doctor promptly. If students cannot attend the test, they must inform the school office with a letter signed by their parents and a medical certificate by 16th July, 2026 (Thursday).

    

5. All registered students have to attend the Pre-Secondary One Hong Kong Attainment Test (Linking Exercise of Mathematics) on 16th July, 2026 (Thursday) from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

    

6. All registered students have to attend the S1 Orientation Week from 20th to 24th July, 2026(Monday – Friday) 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

    

7. All registered students have to attend the S1 Orientation Day from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on 29th  August, 2026 (Saturday) in proper school uniform with their parents. (For details, please refer to the notices distributed on the Registration Days.)
