S1A & 1C Training Camp

The S1 Training camp for classes 1A and 1C was postponed due to the earlier impact of Typhoon Ragasa, and today finally marks the first day under sunny and pleasant weather. The students first participated in a series of warm-up games in the school gymnasium led by social workers, followed by singing camp songs before officially setting off. In the afternoon, upon arriving at the campsite, the students engaged in several group games, which deepened their understanding of each other and enhanced their team spirit.

On the second day of the ”S1 Training Camp,“ students embarked on a journey filled with challenges and teamwork!
In the morning, they took on rope climbing and a high ropes course. Facing the dual challenges of height and physical exertion, the students supported and encouraged each other, overcoming obstacles step by step until they successfully reached the end. This activity was not only a test of physical strength but also a mark of courage. After lunch, the adventure continued! Students worked in groups on the ”DIY Raft“ team challenge, using barrels, poles, and ropes to build sturdy rafts from scratch. Despite the difficulties, everyone collaborated and used their creativity to construct large rafts capable of carrying the entire team. They eventually set sail, creating unforgettable memories together. Throughout the day, the students not only pushed their limits and overcame challenges but also experienced the power of teamwork through mutual support. Every step was growth; every moment, a mark of self-improvement.

It’s the final day of the ”S1 Training Camp“ for classes 1A and 1C! The highlight of the day: building and battling with Roman-style water catapults!
Students worked together to construct their own catapults, followed by an exciting water battle filled with laughter and cheers. The camp came to a joyful and memorable close under a sky full of energy.

Over these three days, the students faced various challenges with perseverance and teamwork. Despite sweat and occasional struggles, we’re grateful for the beautiful weather that allowed every activity to run smoothly. May the resilience and collaboration learned during this camp guide each student on the path ahead. Carry these memories and lessons with you — the best is yet to come!
