Eighteen of our Form One students recently participated in a “Pickleball Experience” event, where experienced coaches taught them techniques such as serving, hitting, and spinning the ball. The coaches also carefully explained the rules and gameplay of pickleball, helping the students gain a better understanding of this emerging sport.
S1 students jumped into an exhilarating roller-skating experience, mastering basic balance and gliding techniques with the support of professional coaches. Through exciting games and hands-on practice, they dove headfirst into the joy of roller skating. Even those with no prior experience quickly found their rhythm, embracing the thrill and fun of skating in no time!
Our students took part in a creative and therapeutic art workshop. Under a joyful and relaxed atmosphere, they focused and immersed themselves in making fragrant terrazzo stones that combine scent with stone-like patterns. Some students boldly experimented with multiple color combinations to create rich gradients, while others carefully controlled powder-to-water ratios to produce clear textures with a smooth finish. Moments of awe and laughter arose during molding and demolding. Next, in the UV-style ocean hanging-painting session, students demonstrated keen observation and vivid imagination. Some used splatter techniques to depict crashing waves, and others incorporated collage elements such as seaweed and shells to add interest and layers. The whole event was lively and energetic, and the students left with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
