Congratulations to the S4 students, Bonnie Chan, Camelia Cheung, Coco Chong, Natalie Poon and Fayette So, for being presented with the Outstanding Design Award. The programme opened up a project-based learning platform for the students to contemplate a wide array of consumer issues and learned methods needed to conduct cultural studies.

This annual event brings teachers and parents together. It was a great opportunity for school and parents to join hands to provide a better learning environment for our students. The Home-school Gathering and a talk on admission policies and courses offered by the universities were conducted right after the meeting.

Students very longingly looked forward to Sports Day, which had been previously suspended for two years due to the pandemic. The pleasant weather with plenty of sunshine made the days enjoyable. The stadium was buzzing with excitement as records were broken and personal bests achieved in a packed day of track and field events. The Cheering Competition, which was full of atmosphere, was definitely the highlight of the day. The concerted efforts and creativity of each house were demonstrated through the beautiful dances with pop music. With the active participation of teachers and parents, our sports day was much more exciting and fantastic.

Having attended a 2 day camp organized by the Kowloon City Baptist Church and our school, students built good rapport and effective collaboration with their classmates through various team-building activities, and also adopted a positive attitude to the secondary senior curriculum. In addition, they learnt to trust in the Lord and rely on His strength through sermon, hymn and prayer.

Awards in ‘Hong Kong School Drama Festival’

The opening ceremony was held to kick off a new academic year. The school Principal welcomed all teachers and students back to school after the summer break. The day started with a prayer and this year’s theme hymn 《Love for Love》, which reminded us of God’s love and mercy. The principal delivered a speech the connection of school heritage and our country history at which she encouraged students to rely on God when facing challenges ahead and have meaningful learning experiences that might help understand our country and the world better.

To help the new S1 students adapt to campus life, we organized an ‘S1 Orientation Activity’ and ‘Orientation Day for S1 Students and Parents’. All newcomers and their parents fully engaged in and benefited from the orientation activities, which will definitely pave the way for them to enjoy a joyous school life through learning, exploring and engaging together in the years to come.   Awards in ‘Hong Kong School Drama Festival’
