Three Head Prefects from our school, Chan Wai Man, Loo Hoi Lei and Kan Wai Lam , participated in the ”Leadership and Character Enhancement Programme 2025“ organized by Hong Kong Baptist University, gaining invaluable insights.
During the program, they conducted a deep analysis of their leadership styles and behavior patterns through the ”DISC Personality Assessment,“ learning how to collaborate effectively with team members of different personality traits. Additionally, they actively participated in the ”Human-Centered: Design Thinking Workshop“ and a film-making workshop, working together to create a short film titled ”Dust.“ By uncovering and narrating the stories of sanitation workers, they not only learned to use creativity to care for the community but also gained a deeper understanding of the core values of empathy, respect for others, and responsibility, making them more insightful and compassionate leaders.
