Recently, our Secondary 4 Tourism and Hospitality Studies students went on a field trip to The Mira Hong Kong.
Led by the hotel staff, students visited several core departments, including the front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments. Through the staff’s professional introductions, students learned about the hotel’s daily operations, service standards, and the duties of different roles. This activity connected classroom knowledge with the real world, giving students valuable hands-on experience and a clearer understanding of the hotel industry.
