Pooi To Middle School in Hong Kong successfully held the finals of the "9th Pooi To Qipao Design (Primary Section) Competition" and the "1st Pooi To Creative Flower Buttons Design (All Hong Kong Secondary Schools)" on March 29th. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participating primary and secondary school students, teachers, and parents for their full support. Special thanks to Master Mak Wan-sze for her live demonstration of flower button craftsmanship. This competition not only showcased students' creative talents but also delivered awe-inspiring results.

Primary students demonstrated exquisite painting skills while secondary students exhibited meticulous craftsmanship, breathing new vitality into traditional qipao and flower button art. This platform has not only enhanced students' design capabilities and practical skills but also boosted their confidence, highlighting the creative potential of the young generation. We look forward to organizing more such events in the future to encourage students to continue exploring artistic and design fields, pursue excellence, and contribute to the promotion of traditional Chinese culture.

The 10th Pooi To Qipao Design (Primary Section) Competition

Pooi To Middle School has long been dedicated to promoting the culture of the Qipao. This year marks a significant milestone as we host the 10th Pooi To Qipao Design (Primary Section) Competition.

Under the theme "Creating Together, Journeying Together • Navigating Values," this year’s competition received an overwhelming response of 2,002 entries from 57 primary schools. The standard of work was exceptionally high, leaving a lasting impression on our judges.
