Our Tourism and Hospitality Studies students recently participated in “Disney’s Hospitality in Practice” to learn about the service standards of the theme park and resort.
During the workshop, students learned about the resort’s high standard of guest services through exploring the hotel’s design, room layout, and the daily duties of different Cast Members. Students also toured various hotel departments and had the special opportunity to visit the Kingdom Club floor, where they learned about the highest standards of serving VIP guests. This activity gave students valuable practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of professionalism in the hospitality industry.
